Air conditioning quotes in Nicosia are decided by capacity, by how far the refrigerant pipework has to run between the indoor and outdoor units, and by whether a dedicated electrical circuit already exists. Brand, warranty length and who does the fitting move the figure far less than those three. A quote that looks unusually low almost always excludes one of them.

Nicosia is the only district with no coastline, and that shapes the trade working in it.
